Buying & Orders

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Yes, we ship worldwide with tracked delivery. Free on orders of 2 or more boxes. For a single box: £7.49 to Europe, £9.49 to the rest of the world.
US orders: customs charges are prepaid by us, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery. Other countries outside the UK may have local import taxes or handling fees.

We accept major debit and credit cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details.

If your cards arrive damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. If you change your mind, you can return unused cards within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Language & Mission

Ewe is a language spoken mainly in Ghana, Togo and Benin. It thrives at home but is harder to pass on in the diaspora. Eʋegbe is the name speakers themselves use for the language.

Every word was checked with elders and an educator in Ghana before it went on a card. Accuracy matters when you’re preserving a language.

Product Details

Each set contains 25 double-sided, wipe-clean cards with realistic animal illustrations, English and Ewe names, plus QR codes that link to a short pronunciation video for each word.

The cards are printed on thick, wipe-clean, FSC certified card stock with a protective coating. They’re designed to be handled, played with and used for years.

Each card has a QR code you can scan with a smartphone or tablet. The code links to a short video where the Ewe word is spoken aloud. Just point your phone camera at the code, no app needed.

They’re made for children, families, classrooms and adults learning Eʋegbe. Young children can learn the animals with a parent, while older children and adults can use them to build vocabulary.

Yes. Volume 1 covers animals. Future volumes will focus on other themes, so families can keep building vocabulary over time. Follow us on Instagram @deviwo to hear about new volumes first.
