Returns & Exchanges
If your flashcards arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving them and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Please do not send returns to our trading address. Contact us first and we’ll provide the correct return instructions.
We cannot accept returns for opened or used sets unless they are defective.
Customs & Import Fees:
For international orders, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
